Any shampoos, conditioner, masque or leave in treatments must be sulfate free....and from the same brand of your keratin treatment if possible

If you go swimming, be sure to shampoo right after with sulfate free shampoo and conditioners

Do not color or relax your hair once you receive the treatment as this will take the keratin out of the hair

Sleep in a satin cap or on a satin pillow case to maintain moisture in the hair

Do a sulfate free masque once per month after keratin treatment.  Most keratin treatment as their own masque

The least amount of time you swim or shampoo your hair the more the keratin will last
